Mazi Afam Osigwe SAN at EBF Meeting, Reels Out His Leadership Credentials, Verifiable Achievements

The compassionate chairman of the NBA Lawyers Remuneration Committee, highly imbued with a burden for proactive Bar which puts the interests of lawyers first, Mazi Afam Osigwe SAN, graced the Eastern Bar Summit and quarterly meeting which just concluded in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
Mazi Afam Osigwe was highly applauded for his great and matchless vision, dedication and compassion in providing credible leadership at the Bar.
In his speech, he mentioned the monumental achievements of the Austin Alegeh administration and his loyalty to the Bar which provided the conducive environment for the administration to work.
This includes the NBA House in Abuja, the universal suffrage at the Bar which has made it possible now for every lawyer to vote in NBA elections in contradiction to the hitherto delegates system practiced in the association in which very few lawyers voted in a delegates system.
Among the achievements Alegeh/Afam administration was the Stamp and Seal project which has now grossly reduced the incidents of quackery, impersonation and fake lawyers in the legal profession. Afam Osigwe SAN received intermittent ovation and applause which validated his claims becaus “the Fact Speaks for Itself”
Two great leaders of the Bar, Mr. Aliyu Nasarawa and past Chairman of NBA Kano branch, Aminu Gadanya (mni), who served with him under the Alegeh administration were present at the meeting to validate his claims.
